1.A measure of the stiffness of a linear actuator system is the amount of force required to cause

a certain linar deflction . For an actuator that has an inside diameter of 12.5mm and a length of 1.07m

and that is filled with a machine oil , compute the stiffness in N/m.

2.應用上題 but change the length of the cylinder to 250 mm. Compare the results.

3.應用上上題也就是 1. but change the cylinder diameter to 50mm. Compare the results.

4.Using the rsults of Problms 以上三題 , generate a statemnt about the general design approach

to achieving a very stiff system.
