中华电信的用户可以可线上申请变更为一个固定IP + 七个动态IP上网方式

【限2M/256K(含)以上速率之ADSL非固定制线路】，或变更为原来的八个动态IP

其实的也对粉多的网路对址去试过
不过那毕竟不是真正的固定IP
想架个站还真有点麻烦
如果可以的话申请个固定也不错
不过要花钱就是了

你可以到各大的ISP公司去申请..

但建议如果你只是一般的网路使用者的话.

用一般的浮动IP就可以了..

一般人会使用到固定IP，大部份都是利用到架设伺服器

如果没有这个需求的话建议版大就使用一般的浮动IP就可以了.

况且浮动IP的费用是很便宜的...
