各位大大小弟是linux 的菜鳥，有不好的地方請跟我說一下
我已經有爬過文了 但還是有諸多不了解
我想請問一下

今天我有
sata2 的250G 4顆
一張raid 卡
我的raid 卡已經做了raid5
那我再裝linux 還需要做raid 0 嗎
因為我裝centOS 4.4跟redhat9.0 都會抓到4顆 hde hdf hdg hdi
所以我想說再做software raid 0 把她變一顆 因為raid 卡已經做raid 5
我也知道/ 跟/boot 都在hde1
GRUB 也裝在MBR /dev/hde上
而且安裝過程我都用預設 一路安裝完後reboot
只會出現 ((GRUB _ ))
然後就沒下文了
這是怎麼一回事阿~~

You already made a raid 5 in your hardware raid card.
Then you don't need to make a soft raid in system level.
According to your messages, however, your raid card is not set properly.
The OS should only see a single 750GB harddisk instead of 4 x 250GB hdd.
e.g.
Total available size = 250GB x (N - 1) = 750GB

If your raid card cannot be detected while installing, you will need to provide a linux driver for it.

樓主的安裝步驟出問題了，建議你去參考一下正確的安裝步驟或是自己多試幾次，我就是自己多事了計財最後才成功的
